Arden Hills Luxury Home

Zawadski Homes was honored to have been chosen to showcase one of our recent luxury homes as a Dream Home in the 2018 Twin Cities Parade of Homes.  Our newly completed luxury home was a favorite destination of the Spring Parade.  Located in Arden Hills on beautiful Lake Josephine, this stylish home sits on a large private lot with amazing visual appeal from both the street and the lake.

The home was designed with extensive glass providing uninterrupted lake views. The 4-bedroom, 5-bath open floor plan includes a 4-season vaulted porch with stone fireplace, 2-story vaulted great room and a large fireplace and intricate wainscot detailing throughout. The large gourmet kitchen showcases beautiful Cambria countertops at the island and perimeter, providing a lovely backdrop for family dinners and entertaining guests.  We worked closely with the family to include special touches throughout the home.  In the main room, we crafted a handy, versatile beverage station, including a wine/beverage chiller and refrigerator drawer from Warners’ Stellian and a walk-up wet bar.

The second story features a large master walk-through suite and kids’ rooms.  We also made space for a unique vaulted bonus room with wet bar, entertainment center and fireplace. A “secret” staircase from the garage to the bonus room allows the homeowners to move hunting gear and trophies easily upstairs without traveling all the way through the house.
